hey Guys!

This is Kasia, just wanted to shortly introduce myself and share some of my experiences.

I come from Poland, presently work in MC India. My journey in @ has been amazing so far and my interest on Corporate Responsibility has only developed a year ago. For the last year I’ve been handling the CSR Initiative in AIESEC in India and this has been a great opportunity for me to explore the topic and evolve my opinions about it.

For me CR is an integral part of the business, it is a way how you run the company. And that is how I communicate it to the people I interact with. It is all about the right attitude and approach, that we in @ have the chance to develop.
The people who are joining @ now, are entering a very exciting environment with a lot of options to choose their learning part and with a lot of direction how to go about it. And that makes me very happy and motivated to build up on it and make it even more excellent.

I am looking forward to interact with you guys, exchange opinions, share ideas, discuss challenges, work on solutions and rock this initiative group!!!
